William Joseph Lougheed Sr.,80, of Eastchester, New York passed away on May 23, 2017 after his tough battle with cancer. He is survived by his loving wife Joan of 54 years;his children, William J. Lougheed Jr. and his wife Danielle, Robert A. Phillips and his pre deceased son Arthur Phillips;three grandchildren, Robert, William III and Christian; his caring brother Julius P. Camelio, his wife Kathleen and the rest of his family and friends. He will be remembered for the love he shared with his family, his passion for his boat " Gotcha" and his extraordinary personality.
