Charles Arthur Waters, Sr., 67, of Eastchester died on Oct. 2, 2011. Beloved husband of Denise Carver Waters, devoted father of Charles A. Waters, Jr. and his wife Carol, Nancy, Thomas and Kathryn Waters, Cherished grandfather of Julia and Jace Waters. He worked as an electrician for IBEW Local Union #3 for 44 years.
